Portland green! One nice thing about moving to Portland and living in a house is that we get to have a yard and grow things in it.
Newborn Baby Girl
I had the pleasure of photographing this sweet girl yesterday, just 10 days old. I had forgotten how tiny and delicious newborns are. Despite my loud camera clicking in her face she was such a trooper. It's challenging to photograph newborns because you can't communicate with them in any way, but it is also easy because your subject matter is adorable.
A Lovely Reception
This was the perfect end to a beautiful wedding. Wishing these two all the love and joy life can bring.
A Spring Wedding
A little trip down memory lane from when I was first starting out.

Video Shoot
I can't take credit for the lighting in these photos. They were taken during a video shoot and it was Francisco Aliwalas vision!
Street Photography
Ever try to go out in the middle of a busy Manhattan street with your lights, reflector, and camera?
I have!
Close Ups
The lens is quite a tool. It can make subjects appear closer, wider, and further than we perceive with the naked eye. Sometimes its fun to be a little silly and see how distorted you can make an image appear.

Avedon Lighting
The stark white backdrop of these images was a staple of photographer's Richard Avedon.

Self Portrait
Doing a self portrait session is not easy, but luckily I had the help of my husband. I set up the shot and he clicked the button!
Studio Shoot
I always love photographing Sabrina. I think the lighting in this particular shoot has a fairytale dream feel to it.
Snow
Missing the snow on this warm muggy day
An Empty Apartment
Beautiful Dorin in her new apartment on the Upper East Side.
Crumbs Bake Shop
These pictures are from a long, long time ago when I worked at Crumbs Bake Shop. I have some delicious memories from that time, and I made some dear friends.

What You Looking At?
Don't these little guys have the most beautiful fur with so many colors and hues?
Early Morning at The High Line
Early morning photoshoot at The High Line. It was cold and windy, but the sunrise was spectacular and we had the entire place to ourselves.
